Day 0 Arrival in New Delhi or Chandigarh | Tour Starts
  • Fly into New Delhi or Chandigarh, meeting other travelers at given pick up points.
  • Start an overnight romantic journey towards Manali, starts at 5:30 Pm from New Delhi and between 10 - 11 Pm from Chandigarh, live location will be shared.

(You are required to reach our pickup point on your own, pickup points and departure time given below)

Day 1 Arrival in Manali | Early Morning Arrival and Local Tour
  • Check- in Manali accommodation for a pleasant stay
  • Relax in the serene Manali Hills and have breakfast
  • Go to the sacred Hadimba Temple, a must-see spiritual site
  • Visit Old Manali and Mall Road, which are shopping hubs and cafes
  • Spend the day at the hotel/resort, enjoying the surroundings of Manali
  • Top it all off with evening high tea for the group by the warm bonfire.
Day 2 Manali Exploration | Solang & Rohtang Pass along with Jogini Falls
  • Visit Vashisht Village, known for hot water springs and beautiful Jogini Falls

Day 4 Jalori Pass & Serolsar Lake | Slow day with a Short Hike

  • Pursue exit as per your plan back to home.

Included/Excluded

  • Comfortable, premium tempo traveller (air‑conditioned) from New Delhi (departure at 7:00 PM) or Chandigarh to Manali and Jibhi and back, as per itinerary. The journey includes a brief stopover in Chandigarh.
  • 4x4 Jeep transfer for Rohtang Pass sightseeing (entry fee included).
  • 4 nights in cozy hotels – 2 nights in Manali and 2 nights in Jibhi – on a double/twin‑sharing basis (suitable for couples).
  • 4 breakfasts and 4 dinners at the hotels (as per the package plan). All meals will be at the accommodation; lunches and snacks are not included.
  • All tours and local sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary are included (entrance fees to specified attractions are covered as noted).
  • One evening bonfire with high tea (location per itinerary, e.g. in Manali or Jibhi), plus guided bird‑watching and fishing in Jibhi.
  • Assistance from a Hinglish‑speaking Trip Captain (bilingual guide/host) throughout the journey to help with language, orientation, and bookings.
  • Any meals not specified above (e.g. lunches, snacks, or additional dinners) are not included and are to be paid by the travelers.
  • Costs for optional adventure sports (paragliding, zorbing, river rafting, etc. in Solang Valley or elsewhere) are not included. Such activities can be arranged on request and paid locally.
  • Personal costs such as shopping, laundry, extra phone calls, minibar charges, or other incidental expenses are excluded.
  • Entrance tickets or permits for attractions (monuments, national parks, heritage sites, wildlife sanctuaries, etc.) are not included unless explicitly stated in the itinerary.
  • Travel insurance, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and COVID-19 tests or quarantine charges (if any) are the responsibility of each traveler.
  • Any extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances (roadblocks, landslides, political strikes, weather delays, vehicle breakdowns, etc.) are not covered under the package.
  • GST (5% Goods & Services Tax) or any other applicable government taxes are not included in the package price.
  • Tips and gratuities for drivers, guides, hotel staff, porters, or any service personnel are not included. These are customary and can be given at your discretion.
  • Anything not expressly mentioned under “Inclusions” above is considered excluded.

  • Our Role: We connect you with trusted suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.); we are not liable for supplier services or price changes until deposit or full payment is confirmed.
  • Not Liable for Incidents: We’re not responsible for costs from accidents, theft, or changes due to natural disasters (earthquakes, landslides, snowfall, road blockages, floods); government orders; strikes; bandhs; political disturbances; disease-related issues; or adverse weather conditions.
  • Unexpected Costs: If extra expenses arise due to the above reasons, settle them directly with our point of contact (POC) or trip captain on the spot.
  • Additional Hotel Costs: Handle extra charges (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, room views) directly with hotels or service providers—subject to availability.
  • Remote Locations: Services may be limited in remote areas; we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • Volvo Bus Travel: Buses between Delhi/Chandigarh or from any specific location and base are third-party operated—stops and routes aren’t fully in our control. In case of a breakdown, we’ll arrange a backup ASAP, depending on location and timing. Thanks for your patience!
  • Respect & Responsibility: Cherish our journey by respecting nature and local communities. Your belongings are your responsibility—we’re not liable for any losses.
  • Eco-Friendly Travel: Pack a reusable bottle, limit plastic, and take back what you bring to protect our destinations.
