Bir: A picturesque village in Himachal Pradesh, Bir is famous for its paragliding opportunities, serene monasteries, and breathtaking landscapes.

Barot Valley: Tucked away in the Himalayas, Barot Valley is a hidden gem known for its lush forests, gushing rivers, and peaceful ambiance, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Itinerary

Pickup from Airport/Railway Station: Airfare, train fare, or any other mode of transportation to and from Chandigarh/Delhi/Amritsar.
Early Check-In and Breakfast: Check into the hotel, have breakfast at Kanha Sweets, and rest for 2-4 hours.
Visit Durgiana Temple: Explore Durgiana Temple.
Wagah Border Parade: Witness the Wagah Border Parade in the evening.
Evening Snacks and Dinner: Enjoy snacks around the city and have dinner back at the hotel.
Overnight Stay: Rest and overnight stay at the hotel.

Travel to Dalhousie: Start a 200 km journey from Amritsar to Dalhousie, a 5-7 hour drive with breaks.
Explore Dalhousie and Khajjiar: Explore local areas including Dalhousie and Khajjiar. Prefer to stay around Khajjiar.

Visit Jot and Chamera Lake: Explore Jot near Khajjiar and visit Chamera Lake while heading to Chamba.
Stay in Khajjiar: Return to Khajjiar for overnight stay.

Travel to Dharamshala/Mcleod Ganj: Start your day with breakfast and a 5-hour journey of 130 km to Dharamshala/Mcleod Ganj.
Explore Naddi, McLeod Ganj, and Bhagsu Waterfall: Explore Naddi, McLeod Ganj, and Bhagsu Waterfall at your convenience.
Bonfire and Food: Enjoy a bonfire and dinner.

Travel to Bir: After breakfast, head to Bir for paragliding activities.
Explore Bir and Barot Valley: Spend 4-5 hours exploring Bir and then visit Barot Valley, a small village in the same area, which is 3 hours away from Bir.
Campsite Stay: Stay in organized camps with washrooms. Enjoy dinner and bonfire.

Explore Bir: Spend the day exploring Bir further, visiting local attractions or indulging in adventure activities.
Overnight Stay in Bir: Stay overnight in Bir, experiencing the tranquility of the surroundings.

Back to McLeod Ganj: Return to McLeod Ganj and explore Dharamshala and Dharamkot.
Shopping and Local Exploration: Spend time shopping and exploring the local areas of McLeod Ganj.
Dinner at Hotel: Have dinner at the hotel.

Journey to Amritsar: Start your journey back to Amritsar, a 5-7 hour journey.
Visit Jallianwala Bagh and Golden Temple: Reach Amritsar by noon and visit Jallianwala Bagh and Golden Temple in the evening.
Departure: Depart from Amritsar Airport.
