By booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline the legal contract between you (the client) and Tap On Travel Services (hereafter referred to as “the Company”).

1. Contract of the Company with the Client

Upon booking a trip with Tap On Travel Services, a legally binding contract is formed between the Company and the client. This contract is governed by the terms outlined herein and any specific agreements made at the time of booking. By confirming your booking, you accept all terms and conditions stated in this document. This includes adherence to payment schedules, compliance with travel requirements, and acceptance of the Company’s policies for modifications or cancellations.

2. Medical Conditions and Special Requirements

Pre and Post Medical Conditions:

  • Clients aged 45-60+ years, pregnant women, and individuals with pre-existing medical conditions are required to provide a medical fitness certificate from a certified doctor prior to the trip, If required. This ensures that participants can safely engage in planned activities without compromising their health or safety.
  • Clients must inform the Company of any special requirements or medical needs at the time of booking. Failure to disclose such information may result in denial of participation without refund, as these details are critical for planning and ensuring a safe travel experience.
  • Reference to Travel Insurance Policy: It is mandatory for clients with medical conditions or traveling with children to have valid travel insurance where It’s required. The policy should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and other potential risks. Clients are encouraged to review their policy’s terms to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Traveling with Children: Clients traveling with children must ensure their well-being, safety, and behavior during the trip. Any special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility assistance, must be disclosed in advance to accommodate necessary arrangements.

3. Identification Proofs and Submission

All clients are required to submit a valid government-issued identification proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card) at the time of booking. This is mandatory to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Failure to provide valid identification may result in the cancellation of the booking without any refund. Additional documentation may be required for international travel or specific destinations If required.

 

4. Trip Cancellation and Refusal of Services

  • Cancellation by the Company: Tap On Travel Services reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient bookings or safety concerns. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and alternate arrangements or refunds (as applicable) will be offered as per the situation or circumstances If there Is any. The Company’s liability in such events is negligible or limited  to the refund of the amount paid by the client.
  • Cancellation by the Client: Clients who cancel their booking for any reason may be subject to cancellation fees as per the Company’s policy. The amount of refund, if any, will depend on the timing and terms of cancellation.
  • Refusal of Services: The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates the terms of this agreement, behaves inappropriately, or jeopardizes the safety and experience of others. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, and the Company’s decision will be final.

5. a. Unused Services

No refunds or compensations will be provided for any unused services, including meals, accommodations, or activities, whether due to personal reasons or failure to adhere to the itinerary. Clients are encouraged to participate fully in the planned activities to maximize their experience.

5. b. Prices, Surcharges, and Taxes

All prices listed are inclusive of services mentioned but are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges. Prices may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel costs, or government-imposed levies. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to the trip, and any additional costs must be settled before departure.

6. Flexibility and Modification of a Trip

The Company strives to adhere to the planned itinerary. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical challenges, may require last-minute changes. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client preferences while ensuring safety and feasibility. Any additional costs due to modifications, including alternative accommodations or transportation, will be borne by the client.

7. Acceptance of Risk and Authority on Trip

Clients acknowledge that participation in travel activities involves inherent risks, including accidents, illnesses, and unforeseen events. By booking with the Company, clients accept these risks and agree to adhere to the authority of trip leaders and guides during the journey. Trip leaders reserve the right to make decisions in the best interest of the group’s safety and overall experience.

8. Factors Outside Control (Force Majeure)

The Company is not liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide suitable alternatives, but refunds may not always be possible.

9. Client Responsibility and Liability

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, adherence to laws and regulations of the travel destination, and respectful behavior towards other travelers and locals. Any damage caused by the client to property, the environment, or others will be their liability. The Company reserves the right to recover costs for damages or disruptions caused by the client.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally acceptable alternative that reflects the original intent.

11. Environmental Policy

Tap On Travel Services is committed to sustainable tourism practices. Clients are encouraged to minimize waste, respect local cultures, and follow eco-friendly guidelines during the trip. The Company actively promotes reducing single-use plastics, supporting local communities, and preserving natural habitats.
