Welcome to Tap On Travel Services!
By booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline the legal contract between you (the client) and Tap On Travel Services (hereafter referred to as “the Company”).
Upon booking a trip with Tap On Travel Services, a legally binding contract is formed between the Company and the client. This contract is governed by the terms outlined herein and any specific agreements made at the time of booking. By confirming your booking, you accept all terms and conditions stated in this document. This includes adherence to payment schedules, compliance with travel requirements, and acceptance of the Company’s policies for modifications or cancellations.
All clients are required to submit a valid government-issued identification proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card) at the time of booking. This is mandatory to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Failure to provide valid identification may result in the cancellation of the booking without any refund. Additional documentation may be required for international travel or specific destinations If required.
No refunds or compensations will be provided for any unused services, including meals, accommodations, or activities, whether due to personal reasons or failure to adhere to the itinerary. Clients are encouraged to participate fully in the planned activities to maximize their experience.
All prices listed are inclusive of services mentioned but are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges. Prices may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel costs, or government-imposed levies. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to the trip, and any additional costs must be settled before departure.
The Company strives to adhere to the planned itinerary. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical challenges, may require last-minute changes. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client preferences while ensuring safety and feasibility. Any additional costs due to modifications, including alternative accommodations or transportation, will be borne by the client.
Clients acknowledge that participation in travel activities involves inherent risks, including accidents, illnesses, and unforeseen events. By booking with the Company, clients accept these risks and agree to adhere to the authority of trip leaders and guides during the journey. Trip leaders reserve the right to make decisions in the best interest of the group’s safety and overall experience.
The Company is not liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide suitable alternatives, but refunds may not always be possible.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, adherence to laws and regulations of the travel destination, and respectful behavior towards other travelers and locals. Any damage caused by the client to property, the environment, or others will be their liability. The Company reserves the right to recover costs for damages or disruptions caused by the client.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally acceptable alternative that reflects the original intent.
Tap On Travel Services is committed to sustainable tourism practices. Clients are encouraged to minimize waste, respect local cultures, and follow eco-friendly guidelines during the trip. The Company actively promotes reducing single-use plastics, supporting local communities, and preserving natural habitats.
