Cancellation Policy

User Cancellations:

  • Time Frame: Cancel up to 15 days before departure or check-in to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before may not qualify for a refund.
  • How to Cancel: Contact our team at Info@tapontravel.com  with your booking reference number or related details.
  • Fees: Cancellation charges based on days before departure:

100% Collection Prior to Departure:

  • Policy: We collect 100% of the total trip amount 15 days prior to the departure date.
  • Repercussions: Failure to make the full payment 15 days before departure will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund.

Peak Season Bookings:

  • No Refunds: No refunds for bookings during peak season as per locations Peak season dates will be specified at booking.

Cancellation by Tap on Travel:

  • Notification: We’ll inform you via email or phone if we need to cancel.
  • Refund: Full refund if we cancel due to unforeseen events only.

 

Refund Policy

Eligibility:

  • Refunds processed for cancellations within the time frame and conditions mentioned above.
  • No refunds for non-refundable services (e.g., last-minute bookings, discounts) and third-party services.

Process:

  • Time Frame: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days from cancellation date.
  • Method: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In case of partial cancellations (e.g., canceling one segment of a multi-segment booking), partial refunds will be processed based on the specific terms and conditions of the booking.

General Conditions

Third-Party Services:

  • Cancellation and refund policies of third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rentals) apply. No refunds for third-party services.

No Liability:

  • The company’s liability is limited to the refund of the amount paid by the client. Tap on Travel assumes no additional liability as it is a pre-booked affair.
